All sales are final. There are no refunds on products.
APPOINTMENT
No walk-ins. All services are made BY APPOINTMENT using a major credit card. 
CANCELLATION POLICY
We request a 24-hour advance notice for cancellations or appointment changes.  Clients who cancel less than 24-hours will be charged the full value of the service missed and will lose any future given discounts.
