Order A Gift Certificate

You now have the option to get a gift certificate and pay later. The way it works is: you fill out the information below of where we should send the blank gift certificate. You give the certificate to whomever you choose whenever you want. There is no expiration date and no upfront payment. If you do not give the gift certificate to anyone, you do not have to pay. If you do, we will call you the day the person makes an appointment to come in for a treatment and ask you to pay for the gift certificate. What's great about this is that there is no time limit.
