We currently accept American Express, Visa, and MasterCard on a (SSL) secure server. If an item is out of stock we will notify you.

Shipping USA Orders

When you place an order we try to ship as fast as we can usually the next day unless we are out of stock.

We have a  flat rate shipping in the United States. We usually ship Priority Mail and/or FEDEX. With Priority Mail, if you wish to have "Signature Confirmation", please call us (additional charges may apply). This is a trackable signature from the person who accepts your package (which means someone has to be there to accept your package). All items are shipped immediately unless back-ordered. You will receive an email notice for back-ordered items and your credit card will not be charged until ready to ship.

International Orders

Please call us.

International orders will be determined by weight, dimensions and destination and added LATER on after they are determined. Before sending out an international order, we will contact you and give you a few shipping choices that you may select whichever suites you best. International customers are responsible for applicable duties and/or taxes that may be imposed by customs in the country of destination. These additional fees will be separate and may or may not be added in advance to your order in which you will be notified.

For international orders, in order to combat FRAUD, please give us the phone number listed in the back of your credit card. You may add this to the COMMENT SECTION at the end of the order page.

NOTE: We can not take responsibility for international shipments. That is, in case of a lost package if we CAN NOT track it, we will not be able to provide a refund and re-shipping will be at the customer’s cost. Of course, you are always welcome to use your own shipping account.

Shipping Rates

Currently we offer a $4.99 flat rate shipping charge for domestic orders via USPS or Fedex.

You may add "Adult Signature Required" by calling or emailing us prior to ordering. There will be an additional charge added. (Adult Signature Required provides an added level of assurance by requiring the signature of any person 21 years of age or older at the recipient's address. After delivery, you'll be able to determine the date and time of delivery using Track & Confirm on USPS.com. This means that USPS delivery personnel will NOT leave a package at an address without the signature of an adult 21 years of age or older (government-issued photo identification is required).

Return Policy

All sales are final. There are no refunds on services or products.

All products are tested, examined and carefully packaged before shipping. We are unable to accept returns/refunds on skin care or body care products or skin care devices sold thru this web site due to hygienic purposes. We will exchange if an item is found to be damaged (such as spillage) during shipment. The damaged item must be returned to us within 3 business days of invoice date. We reserve the right to refuse items that are returned to us in an abused condition. Such items will be returned to sender at sender's expense and any outstanding exchange request will be denied.

Prior to the return of a damaged item, you must obtain an Authorization clearance by sending us an email with your name, date of purchase, and reason for exchange. Once you receive a clearance to ship item back, ensure that exchanged items is securely packaged in a sturdy cardboard box to prevent against damage during transit. We will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Thus, please make sure your shipping method can be tracked.
