NOT FOR PREGNANT OR LACTATING WOMEN! 100 Minutes Lightening Clinical Facial (for Light Skin) $125 This is a super treatment to brighten the skin for light skin clients. Not for: Those with acne, oily skin, tanned skin, pregnant or lactating. Light extractions included. A few different types of acids will be used to penetrate below the surface. Skin will look much brighter after the facial. (The client is encouraged NOT to wash the skin for several hours after). A consultation will be given prior to treatment. 60 Minutes Lightening Clinical Facial (for Dark Skin) $125 Dark skin is unique as it requires special treatment. Dark skin contains more pigment or melanin than light skin. This melanin is found in cells and is called melanosomes. Melanosomes are much greater in dark skin than in Caucasians and are more likely to get inflamed as a result of a bruise (such as acne) which leads to dark marks and problems with hyperpigmentation. And usually the dark marks will fade on their own only after several months or longer. This unique treatment is for those with dark skin with left over old dark spots (from acne). It is a gentle skin lightening treatment that will help brighten and even out skin tones. It will not bleach your skin and make it white! And it is not meant for those that have acne or need extractions. NOTE: More than one treatment may be needed for best results, depending on skin type. PLEASE READ MORE ABOUT CHEMICAL PEELS BEFORE YOU COME IN! This is NOT a facial. This is a procedure. The chemical peel goes in deeper than the regular peel that comes with the above facials. (Note: Your skin WILL peel after a few days following the procedure). Chemical peels are great for lines and wrinkles, fading brown spots, increasing collagen production, and clearing blemished skin. Prior to the chemical peel it is best to avoid the following ONE TO TWO WEEKS (depending on the skin type) before: electrolysis, laser, waxing, any exfoliating products (including loofah and scrubs), any products containing alpha or beta hydroxy acids (ie. glycolic, salycilic), Retin-A, Renova, Differin, other retinoids, plastic surgery procedures, laser and cold sores. Chemical Peel for the Neck $195 A specialized peel for combating wrinkles on the neck. Oftentimes we tend to neglect our necks. But the neck is a very important part of us that gives away our age! If we do not take care it, it will look different than the skin on our face. This is a very potent treatment designed to smooth out the skin. Should be done once every 3 to 6 months, depending on the severity of the skin. NOT FOR PREGNANT OR LACTATING WOMEN! 20 Minutes Chemical Peel for the Hands $325 Don't neglect your hands!!! This is a very strong chemical peel that will "rejuvenate" the hands and make them "youthful" again! We use a customized mixture of chemicals. Your skin will peel a lot.
